Schools Had Data. Nobody Had Context
Schools were relying on WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, and scattered software to manage student progress. No one had a full picture.
As a result:
Teachers spent 4-6 hours creating reports
Mentors conducted check-ins without data
Parents only received updates twice a year
Administrators relied on manual processes
Students lacked visibility into their own growth
